Job Description

Role Description:

  • Lead discussions with customer stakeholders to gather and groom business requirements specific to

    Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)

    .
  • Collaborate with Technical Product Owners (TPOs) and Solution Architects (SAs) to capture and refine functional and technical inputs for CRMA user stories.
  • Design and implement the technical and architectural components of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
  • Build and demo dashboards to business stakeholders; gather feedback and iterate as needed.
  • Provide expert consultation to the CRMA delivery team and resolve complex technical and business queries.
  • Ensure solution design and implementation align with Salesforce and industry best practices.
  • Translate insights into meaningful business stories with proper verification and validation of data.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in dashboard design, dataflows, and CRMA-specific development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop dashboards, datasets, and lenses using Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Wave / Einstein Analytics).
  • Design and build

    Dataflows

    and

    Recipes

    for data preparation and modeling.
  • Use

    SAQL

    (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) for custom queries and data manipulation.
  • Extract, transform, and prepare data within the Salesforce Analytics platform.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau CRM) as an added advantage.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver high-impact data visualization solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in

    Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)

    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAQL, dashboard development, dataset creation, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in building Dataflows and Recipes for data transformation.
  • Prior experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau CRM is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and business storytelling through analytics.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Salesforce certification(s) relevant to CRMA or Data Cloud preferred.
  • LinkedIn profile and Trailhead link must be provided.
