Job Description

As a Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering scalable, user-friendly quoting and pricing solutions to support global sales operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ across the organization by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Product, and IT. This high-impact position will allow you to directly contribute to improving sales efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into scalable technical solutions. You will configure CPQ features, design quoting processes, develop custom solutions using various tools, integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems, lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor team members. Additionally, you will monitor system performance, support Agile or Waterfall delivery models, and stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and CPQ innovations. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience and hands-on experience with the Salesforce CPQ Platform. You should possess expertise in data modeling, data manipulation, optimization, and scalable architecture, along with deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, quoting processes, Apex programming, LWC, and declarative tools. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, integration with third-party systems, DevOps tools, and strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential requirements.
