Salesforce CPQ

Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline our sales processes and enhance revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to understand pricing strategies and needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for CPQ processes and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ functionality and performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ tools and features.
• Participate in testing and validation of CPQ implementations and updates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-18 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and administration.
• Strong understanding of CPQ processes including quoting, pricing, and contract management.
• Proficient in Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ tools and features, including product rules, pricing rules, and discounting.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex development is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
