Role Overview: You are an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Developer with a strong background in delivering scalable solutions within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Your expertise lies in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, with hands-on experience in retail execution, trade promotion management, and field execution solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, configure, and deploy Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions tailored for CPG and retail execution use cases. - Design and implement Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Order Management, and Merchandising solutions. - Build and customize dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business insights and decision-making. Technical Development: - Develop high-quality, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows. - Design and implement integration strategies with ERP, CRM, or third-party retail execution systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. - Ensure best practices for code quality, performance optimization, security, and scalability. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: - Partner with business users, product owners, and solution architects to translate requirements into technical specifications. - Provide thought leadership on Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities, enhancements, and roadmap alignment. - Conduct demos, workshops, and training sessions to drive adoption and maximize solution impact. Quality Assurance & Support: - Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability. - Document technical designs, integration patterns, and system configurations for ongoing support. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in Consumer Goods Cloud implementations. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and Integration frameworks. - Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Retail Execution features. - Familiarity with CPG industry best practices, especially trade promotion and retail execution workflows.
