Salesforce Business Analysts

NTT DATA is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team in Delhi, India. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting customer business requirements, developing requirement specifications, reviewing and testing customizations provided by the development team, and acting as a liaison between different teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior and mid-level BAs, contribute to the Business Analysis Center of Excellence, and build relationships with the Product Owner and Client. Qualifications: - Current Salesforce Administrator Certification - 7+ years of Business Analysis experience - Ability to produce process flows, identify gaps, elucidate requirements into User Stories, and work within Agile development methodology - Experience in Salesforce configuration, workflow/process builder, approval processes, data migration, reports, and dashboards - Familiarity with JIRA or similar Project Management tool - Strong communication skills and CRM functional knowledge Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce App Builder, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification - Agile certification - Prior experience with system integrations and data field mapping - Experience in User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training Ideal Mindset: Communication is key in ensuring accurate communication of customer requirements with the internal team.
