Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Key Responsibilities: Overview: Join our team as aProduct Ownerand take a leadership role in shaping and executing the product vision. With your deep expertise in product ownership, you will collaborate with stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of products that deliver value to our customers. A strong background inSales CloudandService Cloudis highly preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: Co-ownand execute the product roadmap with theProduct Director, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaboratewith stakeholders across the organization to define the product vision, strategy, and prioritize features based on business needs. Translatehigh-level epics into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs. LeadScrum refinement meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment within the team. Address customer issues, prioritizing them based on their impact and urgency to ensure a seamless product experience. Document new featuresto educate and align both internal and external stakeholders. Partner with the production teamto streamline processes, ensuring timely and efficient product implementation. Monitor post-launch product performanceand identify opportunities for continuous improvement and further development. Maintain product documentationin Confluence, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and transparency. Champion acustomer-centric approach, driving excellence and continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle. Plan releases, coordinate sprints, and ensure alignment of products with the company's overall vision and strategy. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 8 yearsof experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role. Deep understanding ofagileorlean software development methodologies. Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle. Extensive experience inlaunching software products, particularly withSales CloudandService Cloud, in collaboration with engineering teams. Exceptionalwritten and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency inprototypinganditerative developmenttechniques. Expertise in development tracking software tools, particularlyJira. Strong ability to break downepics into user storieswith acceptance criteria and mock-ups. Proven leadership experience working withcross-functional teams(designers, engineers, Scrum Masters) in an Agile Scrum environment. Demonstrated ability to runrefinement ceremoniesand ensure stories meet thedefinition of ready. Experience creating and maintaining aproduct roadmap, and communicating changes to all relevant stakeholders. Hands-on experience withrelease demos, capturingstakeholder feedback, and leveraging it for future product iterations. Proven experience in maintaining comprehensive product documentation withinConfluence. Advancedprioritization skillsto effectively meet squad objectives and sprint goals. Preferred Skills: Extensive hands-on experience inAgile Scrum methodologiesand ceremonies. Proven track record of executingproduct roadmapsand delivering high-impact products, particularly in the Salesforce ecosystem. Certifications such asCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)orSAFe Product Owner/Product Managerare beneficial.
