Description

We are seeking a skilled Grinding Operator/Grinder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating grinding machines, ensuring precision and quality in the production of components.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate grinding machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and product quality.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably as a grinding operator.
Proficient in operating grinding machines and tools.
Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Basic mathematical skills for measurement and calculations.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
