Salesforce B2C Technical Consultant / Senior Technical Consultant

As a Front End Developer specializing in B2C Commerce Cloud, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full implementation life-cycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem comprised of Clients and Partners. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem, with a specialization in Commerce Cloud B2C while also possessing the ability to develop cross-cloud solutions. You will act as a thought leader in technical aspects of customer and partner engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise desktop, cloud, and/or mobile solutions. Your duties will involve delivering technical solutions that align with the customers" business and technical requirements, leading the evaluation of options, and presenting and educating the customer/partner accordingly. Additionally, you will proactively manage risk areas and oversee issue resolution to completion. Your Impact: - Collaborate closely with Clients, Colleagues, and Partners to architect front-end technology solutions that meet client business requirements. - Architect and implement user interfaces on Commerce Cloud utilizing industry best practices and Salesforce web frameworks. - Engage in Agile development practices, including leading daily scrums, task assignments, and supporting a team of front-end developers throughout the sprint cycle. - Undertake hands-on front end development tasks as necessary for project completion. - Evaluate performance and identify optimization opportunities on developed web frameworks, focusing on scalability and high-availability. - Lead internal initiatives to enhance the consulting practice and contribute to the community's knowledge base and expertise. Basic Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, with 3-9 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in web and mobile development patterns, best practices, and emerging technologies. - Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, with experience in Bootstrap, Angular, and React. - Ability to handle cross-browser compatibility issues effectively. - Knowledge of ADA compliance, performance optimization, and SEO best practices. - Experience in solving complex UI problems and delivering successful web and mobile experiences from scratch. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Requirements: - Salesforce Commerce Cloud technical certification. - Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and server-side scripting (Node).
