Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in DevOps roles, with at least 2 years in a
leadership or team lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce deployment, and environment
management.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, boards, repos,
artifacts, and integrations with other Azure services.
• Proficiency in managing Salesforce metadata, source control (Git), and
release management tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar.
• Experience in implementing automated testing strategies (unit, integration,
regression) for Salesforce applications.
• Knowledge of security best practices, access controls, and compliance
frameworks relevant to DevOps and Salesforce environments.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Good problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-
technical audiences.
