As a Salesforce Automation Tester at Barclays, you will be leading the evolution of infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring innovation and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud - Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data model - Knowledge of Salesforce security model, workflows, and process automation - Experience with Salesforce integrations and API testing - Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java - Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber - Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipeline integration - Expertise in API testing using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools - Strong test case design and execution capabilities - Proficient in regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing - Familiarity with agile testing methodologies and sprint-based delivery - Knowledge of test data management and environment setup - Proficient in JIRA for test management and defect tracking - Experience with Confluence for test documentation - Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab - Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner In addition to the key responsibilities, some highly valued skills may include: - DevOps pipeline integration and CI/CD test execution experience - ETL testing knowledge with Unix, SQL, and Ab Initio expertise - AI and automation innovation in testing processes - Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to bring new ideas to the team You may be assessed on various critical skills relevant to the role's success, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
