Salesforce Automation Tester

As a Salesforce Automation Tester at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in evolving the infrastructure and deployment pipelines while driving innovation and operational excellence. You will utilize cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure to ensure the seamless delivery of digital solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize deep expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce testing experience. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data model. - Proficient in Salesforce security model, workflows, and process automation. - Experience in Salesforce integrations and API testing. - Hands-on experience in Test Automation & Programming, including at least 4 years of experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java. - Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber. - Experience with tools like Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipeline integration. - Expertise in API testing using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools. - Strong capabilities in regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. - Familiarity with agile testing methodologies and sprint-based delivery. - Knowledge of test data management and environment setup. - Proficient in tools like JIRA for test management, Confluence for test documentation, and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab. - Ability to mentor junior testers, lead testing initiatives, and communicate effectively for stakeholder management. - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and proactive approach to identifying testing improvements. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the team. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce testing. - Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and test automation frameworks. - Knowledge of Salesforce platform and integration testing. - Familiarity with agile testing methodologies and DevOps tools. - Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional agile teams.
