Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for Salesforce applications
Create and execute test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce modules
Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
Build and maintain Tosca test data management and execution lists
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in QA Automation with a focus on Salesforce testing
Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca (test case design, modules, execution lists, test data management)
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform (objects, workflows, validation rules, Lightning components)
Experience with API testing and Salesforce integrations
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Proficiency in SQL for data validation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Good to Have

Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification
Tosca AS1/AS2 certification
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products
Knowledge of Selenium or other automation frameworks
