Salesforce Architect

Job Description

Required Qualifications & Skills: More than 10 years of experience working on Salesforce development projects, particularly in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture design and the ability to create robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Strong experience in risk analysis and architecture assessments during the discovery phase of projects. Hands-on experience in technical proposal creation, including evaluating technological risks, effort estimation, and defining the ideal team composition for Salesforce projects. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Strategic vision of the Salesforce ecosystem, including industry trends, innovations, and best practices. Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive Salesforce initiatives. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce security best practices. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and agile methodologies in Salesforce implementations is a plus.
