IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) India LIXIL INDIA PVT LTD Employee Assignment Fully remote possible Full Time 31 May 2025 Salesforce Technical Architect Overview: We at Lixil are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to join LIXIL Global Team to lead the design, implementation, and integration of our Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform and extensive experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems via API. Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud implementations and customizations Design scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with business requirements Lead integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, admins and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and Salesforce developers Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices and incorporate them into solution designs Ensure Salesforce development follows coding standards, architecture frameworks and deployment best practices Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Salesforce and integrated systems Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and maintainable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and follow Salesforce development best practices Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and security Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and data import/export processes Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce architect, developer or consultant Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds Extensive experience leading technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL/SOSL Strong experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems using APIs (REST, SOAP), ESBs and ETL tools Knowledge of API-led connectivity, microservices architecture and API management platforms Ability to create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment processes Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field Show more Show less
