Lead the administration, analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions, ensuring effective data management and seamless integrations with other platforms.
Manage the technical delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, driving successful implementations and providing technical leadership to internal and external teams. Oversee the integration of technologies and systems with Salesforce Data Cloud, focusing on data modeling, architecture, and data mapping across multiple Salesforce Clouds. Design and build advanced customizations within Salesforce Data Cloud, using Salesforce s full technology stack including APEX, LWC, and integration patterns like Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with internal teams to identify data gaps and propose effective implementation strategies to address those gaps, ensuring a holistic approach to data governance and standardization. Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, working on integrations with other platforms such as AWS Pinpoint, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manage and guide cross-functional teams (both onshore and offshore) to ensure timely project execution and alignment with business objectives. Facilitate workshops and engage with clients to evaluate solutions, considering the trade-offs between configuration and coding approaches for optimal results. Stay current with Salesforce innovations, continuously exploring new features to enhance business operations and customer engagement.
