Job Description

The client, a leading group in the BFSI space, is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess over 7 years of experience with a strong background in Salesforce architecture. They should have prior experience in architecting applications on the Salesforce platform in a lead role. **Roles and Responsibilities:** As the lead for in-house development, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, architecting, configuring, developing, reviewing, testing, and delivering high-quality applications on the Salesforce platform. You will also define and implement DEV/OPS processes and activities, manage an internal development team, and oversee integrations with other internal programs and third-party applications. Additionally, you will identify areas for optimization and transformation, assess necessary changes, and drive these changes through to implementation. A key aspect of the role will involve playing a significant role in the cloud migration strategy, focusing on single/multi-cloud environments, selecting the best tools/services on the cloud, and designing architecture accordingly. The candidate should be proficient in leveraging DevOps environments such as Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, Sonarcube, Checkmarx, etc., to deploy and orchestrate models effectively. The Salesforce Architect will ensure adherence to IT Control Policies throughout the design, development, and testing phases, incorporating Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams/lines of business to discover, design, build, test, and deploy solutions will be a critical aspect of the role. Upholding the highest standards in design, code build, test, and deployment processes supported by appropriate tools and procedures is essential. Furthermore, the candidate is expected to formulate a technology vision and strategy for the organization, ensuring that the firm remains updated with the latest technologies and systems. Strong listening skills, sound reasoning abilities, and clear articulation are key qualities that the ideal candidate should possess.,
