Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) that meet business requirements.
Lead architectural discussions and define technical roadmap for Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and secure technical designs.
Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, integration, and data governance.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams and admins.
Oversee the implementation of integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouses).
Participate in code reviews, solution architecture documents, and system diagrams.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and data privacy standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Sales Cloud

Service Cloud
,
Apex
,
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
,
Visualforce
, and
SOQL
.
Solid experience with Salesforce integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs
,
MuleSoft
,
ETL tools
, or middleware.
Proven track record in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, role hierarchies, and sharing rules.
Experience in CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.) and Salesforce DX.
