Agile Scrum Master (Certified, Jira & Salesforce Expertise) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, certified, and passionate Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will be a servant leader responsible for guiding, coaching, and enabling our development teams to achieve self-organization and deliver high-quality products. This role involves ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments to the team's progress, and leveraging tools like Jira for effective project management and transparency. A strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and development processes is crucial to successfully support our teams working within this ecosystem. The ideal candidate will foster an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency. • Experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, QA) within the Salesforce ecosystem is beneficial for understanding technical challenges. • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I) are a plus. • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., various Burndown technologies, Retrospective formats). • Experience working with global teams.
