Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients (domestic & international).
  • Explain company services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Generate leads and maintain client databases (CRM / Excel).
  • Schedule online meetings and coordinate with the Business Head for follow-ups.
  • Handle client queries, share company profiles, proposals, and follow up until closure.
  • Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of sales / tele-calling experience are welcome (internship also available).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written mandatory).
  • Confidence in handling phone conversations with senior professionals.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Candidate

  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Should be comfortable with a full-time office role at our Faridabad location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,591.57 - ₹62,579.04 per month
