As a Sales Training Manager at our company, your role involves developing and implementing targeted sales training programs for the Insurance, Automobile, or Financial sectors. Your responsibilities include: - **Strategic Development**: - Develop and execute sales training programs aligned with company goals and industry requirements. - Conduct needs assessments to identify emerging trends and training needs unique to the industry. - **Program Management**: - Design and manage training programs for new hires and existing sales personnel. - Ensure training content is relevant, updated, and meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. - **Training Delivery**: - Lead engaging training sessions using various learning methods tailored to sector nuances. - Provide one-on-one coaching to help sales teams apply training concepts effectively. - **Collaboration and Communication**: - Partner with senior leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives. - Communicate training plans, progress, and results to stakeholders. - **Performance Tracking**: - Establish metrics to evaluate training program success on sales performance. - Analyze feedback to enhance training strategies continuously. - **Content Development**: - Create and maintain comprehensive training materials tailored to sector-specific scenarios and compliance requirements. - **Team Leadership**: - Manage and develop a team of training professionals. - Cultivate a high-performance training culture. **Qualifications**: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 8+ years in sales training, with 3-5 years in a senior role. **Skills**: - In-depth knowledge of sales processes in the specified sectors. - Ability to design and deliver impactful training programs. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness. **Preferred Attributes**: - Leadership skills and experience in a high-growth organization. - Advanced certification in training and development. - Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements. **Competencies**: - Adaptability. - Empathy. - Creativity. - Problem-Solving.
