Sales Training & Co Ordination executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Training & Coordination Executive to support and train our regionally hired sales team across various locations. The ideal candidate will come from a strong educational background in MCA, MBA, or BBA, and will be passionate about building capable, well-aligned sales teams for the luxury and lifestyle product sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide brand and product training to newly hired sales team members across different regions.
• Regularly conduct review meetings and track performance reports from the sales team.
• Act as a bridge between the sales team and management, offering timely support and coordination.
• If required, travel to various cities to provide on-ground training and support.
• Deliver physical training sessions including:
• How to conduct client meetings professionally
• How to pitch jewelry products
• Effective presentation and communication techniques
• Help in enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and brand positioning.
• Assist in implementing SOPs, reporting formats, and feedback mechanisms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
