Sales Trainer (Deputy Manager)

As a Trainer at USV, a leading pharmaceutical company in India, your role will involve preparing and delivering high-quality training content to enhance the competency and overall effectiveness of participants. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing content, and executing training sessions. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: Key Responsibilities: - Provide inputs for the identification of training needs and assist in data collection for Training Needs Identification (TNI). - Understand assigned training topics, conduct research, prepare manuscripts, update existing modules, and finalize content post team leader review. - Convert finalized manuscripts into relevant content formats such as slides, videos, or modules in physical or electronic formats. - Liaise with vendors to prepare and procure training materials and conduct training sessions as per agenda. - Collect feedback from participants to ensure understanding, clarify doubts, and determine trainer effectiveness. - Provide feedback and developmental reports for each participant and ensure feedback forms are filled out post session/program completion. - Share participant feedback reports with BU head/line managers, collect and analyze post-training feedback from immediate supervisors, and evaluate trainer effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Science Graduate (B.Pharm. / BSc. / M.Pharm. / M.Sc.) - Minimum 2 years of training experience post pharma sales experience.
