Position: Sales Trainee – Jewelry Showroom Location: Kottayam, Kerala Industry: Gems & Jewelry Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 0–2 years Gender Preference: Male Salary: 14k(Based on experience , salary may vary) Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, performance bonuses, Provident Fund, Health Insurance, Leave encashment Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and provide information on products and services. Sales Support: Assist in achieving individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including designs, materials, and pricing. Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, with attractive product displays and organized stock. Stock Management: Assist in daily stock counting, inventory management, and ensure proper handling of products. Marketing Support: Participate in Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to promote products and increase footfall. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals. Required Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Degree or diploma Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in retail or sales is a plus.
