Sales Trainee

A Sales Trainee is an entry-level role designed to provide training and hands-on experience in sales processes and techniques under the guidance of experienced sales staff. The key purpose is to equip the trainee with the skills required to independently generate sales, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the company's sales goals.
