Sales Trainee 22-25 Graduate or MBA batch(Kolkata)

This is for 2022,2023, 2024 and 2025 pass out batch only. The eligibility criteria are given below:

• MBA(If post graduate)
• Any Graduate
• 60% marks through out

Commitment:

Candidates need to provide a 36 month minimum service commitment, including 6 months training.

Compensation:

• For MBA: Up-to 4.2 LPA plus incentives after successful completion of 6 months training
• For graduate: Up-to 3 LPA plus incentives after successful completion of 6 months training

Paid amount during 6 months training:

• Rs 15,000 per month for MBA
• Rs 12,000 per month for any graduate

What Youll Do

• Communicate with international clients via email, LinkedIn & calls
• Learn end-to-end sales process (lead generation to client handling)
• Support senior sales team in proposals & follow-ups
• Grow into a full-time Business Development role with global exposure

What Were Looking For

• Fresher / 01 year of experience
• Strong English communication (written & spoken)
• Quick learner with logical thinking & problem-solving ability
