Sales & Telemarketing Intern

As a part of Manimacha, you will be contributing to the development of AI-powered solutions that assist businesses in growing smarter. We are in search of enthusiastic and confident interns who are eager to engage in cold calling with small businesses sourced from specialized databases, introducing them to our AI consulting services. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying key decision-makers, sparking their interest, and facilitating the setup of discovery calls with our technical team. Your duties will include making cold calls to small businesses in various industries and countries using our contact database. You will effectively communicate the value of Manimacha's AI consulting services and generate interest among the prospects. It will be essential for you to secure qualified leads for our product and consulting teams, while also monitoring daily outreach activities, response rates, and call performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in refining outreach scripts based on outcomes and feedback received. Collaboration with the founders and technical leads to target specific sectors will be a crucial aspect of your role. We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication skills in English and a high level of confidence during phone interactions. A strong willingness to learn quickly, handle rejection positively, and continuously strive for improvement are qualities we value. If you are results-oriented, enjoy achieving targets, and have previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or B2B outreach, it will be considered advantageous. The ability to work independently, with a proactive approach, is highly desired.
