Full job description We are seeking a confident Telecaller with excellent English communication skills to promote our interior design services. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our interior design services. Understand and address client needs, providing accurate information and recommendations. Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with the sales Maintain and regularly update the client database and track progress. Resolve client queries and provide post-call assistance when necessary. Achieve assigned targets in terms of lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion. Provide feedback and market insights to help improve services and customer engagement. Requirements : Strong verbal communication in English; local language skills are a plus. Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. Self-motivated and results-driven.
