Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Representative for our company, your role will involve selling products or services, while effectively representing our brand. You will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, being the primary point of contact from the initial lead outreach to the final purchase transaction. Key Responsibilities: - Must possess a Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet. - Demonstrate a zeal for growth and learning. - Good market knowledge is essential. - Previous experience in a Channel Sales Role with a team of at least 5 members is required. - Understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics is necessary. - Proven track record of helping teams earn lucrative incentives. Qualifications Required: - More than 3 years of experience in Channel & Distribution. - Previous experience in team management is a must. - Proficiency in Excel and other data tools relevant to sales. - Graduate or above education, with preference for Post Graduation.
