Role Description:

The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving sales performance and overseeing a team of sales professionals. This role involves setting daily and weekly sales targets, monitoring team performance, and providing coaching and feedback to ensure goals are met. The Sales Team Lead will manage key customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure a high standard of customer service in all interactions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, preparing reports for leadership, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, and implementing sales strategies to increase market penetration. The role also includes recruiting, training, and motivating team members, while fostering a collaborative and performance-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills, such as coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including relationship management and issue resolution.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
• Relevant experience in B2B or construction materials sales is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience leading a sales team, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and communication.
