As a Team Lead - Sales at HealthTick, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth by leading a high-performing sales team dedicated to our innovative lifestyle change programs. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including ensuring target achievement, maintaining team morale and culture, implementing call quality assurance standards, conducting QA audits, designing training programs, delivering feedback effectively, owning webinar sales conversions, and executing post-webinar follow-up strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Directly responsible for ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets. - Serve as an empathetic leader to foster a high-trust, collaborative, and results-driven team culture. - Implement and maintain rigorous standards for sales call quality to effectively communicate the program's value. - Conduct regular Quality Assurance (QA) audits and provide detailed feedback to enhance team performance. - Design, deliver, and refine onboarding and training programs for sales team members. - Masterfully deliver reinforcing and corrective feedback to improve individual and team performance. - Take full responsibility for achieving in-webinar sales conversions and executing post-webinar follow-up strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Team Lead or equivalent supervisory role. - Proven track record in sales of lifestyle change programs, wellness solutions, health-tech, or similar subscription-based services. - Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively listen and deliver feedback effectively. - Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team to elevate their skill set. - Highly responsible, self-driven individual who takes ownership of outcomes and is accountable to the team and the organization.
