Sales Team Lead- EdTech

As a Sales Manager at the company, your primary role will involve building and leading a team of 10-15 sales representatives to generate enrollments for the educational programs offered. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking full accountability for achieving monthly quotas and driving the team towards meeting the monthly revenue target - Motivating team members, assisting them in closing deals, and guiding them to achieve top revenue numbers - Developing a deep understanding of the product features and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers - Cultivating a high-performance team culture where members feel valued and motivated to excel - Providing continuous feedback to sales reps on call quality and ensuring the maintenance of call standards - Collaborating with Reporting Management to align the team with organizational goals Key Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Proven track record of achieving top results in B2C Sales with annual targets exceeding 10 crores - Experience in managing a sales team with 20+ associates, including leads/ATLs - Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written and verbal English - Highly self-motivated with a target-driven mindset - Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles within the education and related industries - MBA preferred, though not mandatory About Accredian: Accredian is a rapidly growing edtech company founded in 2018 by ISB MBAs.
