Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through calls and chat for international clients.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver accurate solutions.
• Provide clear and professional communication at all times.
• Recommend relevant products/services based on customer needs.
• Manage up-selling and cross-selling activities appropriately.
• Close sales in a structured and professional manner.
• Ensure high-quality standards and maintain communication accuracy.
• Complete training modules before moving to live operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree (graduates only).
• Minimum

  1 year of professional experience
