Job Description

VOC Automotive India Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Support Executive to assist the sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling high call volumes, managing digital communication, and supporting lead conversion efforts. Key Responsibilities: Make and manage inbound and outbound calls daily Engage with customers through chatbot and other communication tools Support the sales team by following up on leads and updating records Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions Maintain CRM entries and ensure data accuracy Preferred Skills & Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in sales support, telecalling, or customer handling Background in automotive, insurance, or sales-related roles is a strong advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Kannada (Preferred) Tamil (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9606471606
