Sales & State Operations Director

SaralPe is a rapidly growing *Fintech company* providing BBPS, AEPS, DMT, Payout, UPI Collection, and other financial API solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Sales & State Operations Director* to lead our business growth and operations in Uttar Pradesh.

### Key Responsibilities

* Drive *sales and promotion* of SaralPe’s fintech products (BBPS, AEPS, DMT, Payout, UPI Collection, etc.)

* Onboard and manage *distributors, retailers, and channel partners*

* Lead and manage *state-level operations and sales teams*

* Develop and implement *strategies for business expansion*

* Monitor performance and provide *daily/weekly reporting*

* Achieve sales targets and ensure operational efficiency

### Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in *Sales / Fintech / Banking / Payments Industry*

* Strong *communication, negotiation, and leadership skills*

* Ability to *build and manage teams*

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

* Based in or willing to relocate to *Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh*
