SHADI.COM a well reputed company in matrimony site wants to expand its employees. We have been dedicated to helping people build lasting matrimonial bonds. We are currently recruiting Sales Executive for our esteemed organization.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff, located in Mumbai. The Sales Staff will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Staff will also collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Experience in the matrimonial or similar industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
