Sales Staff

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced sales staff member to join our team at Sanjos WoodArt, a leading furniture shop offering high-quality home furnishings. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and home décor based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide detailed product knowledge to customers, including materials, care, and style options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain product displays and store organization to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Stay up to date on product trends, industry developments, and promotions to inform customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
