You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clothing store and be open to applications from both females and males. As part of your responsibilities, you will assist the manager in marketing campaigns, maintain accurate and organized files, and collaborate with outside sales staff and counter sales staff to follow up with customers. Developing long-term relationships with industry customers, reading blueprints to ensure product compatibility, and using office technologies to process orders are also key aspects of the role. You will be expected to assist with special projects, maintain the showroom as a professional business environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering superior customer service. Effective listening, communication, and negotiating skills, along with attention to detail, are crucial for success in this position. Additionally, you should have a demonstrated understanding of effective selling strategies, success in growing sales or generating leads, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong organizational skills, business math proficiency, and the ability to work well with a diverse team are also important.
