Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff, located in Bathinda. The Sales Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. They will also handle product demonstrations, test drives, and negotiations. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge on Hyundai models, financing options, and promotional offers. Sales Staff will also be tasked with following up on customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience, preferably in automotive sales
Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and automotive market trends
Customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Passion for the automotive industry
