Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Sales Staff to join our bake shop team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations, ensure smooth running of the bake shop, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth running of the bake shop.
• Greet and assist customers in selecting bakery products.
• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and hygiene in the shop.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales entries accurately.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and report shortages.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely product replenishment.
• Ensure quality and freshness of displayed products.
• Support in implementing offers and promotions as directed by the management.
• Handle customer queries politely and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a bakery, café, or retail food outlet preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and POS systems.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Pleasant personality with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
• Candidates from or residing in Thrissur are preferred.

Salary: Based on Experience and Performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,449.19 - ₹31,111.81 per month
