Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales/Senior Engineer at Trident, your main responsibility will be promoting and selling the company's Industrial Gases (IG) solutions, such as Nitrogen Generators and Oxygen generators, across India. You will be involved in sales activities for IGs, focusing on replacement cases and standalone sales. Additionally, you will train indirect sales channels, consultants, contractors, and OEMs to ensure they are competent in identifying and specifying Industrial Gases opportunities. Your role will also involve supporting project specification, product positioning, and pricing based on segments, as well as developing a strategic approach to maximize sales opportunities for IGs. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell the company's Industrial Gases solutions across India - Train indirect sales channels, consultants, contractors, and OEMs - Support project specification, product positioning, and pricing - Develop a strategic approach to maximize sales opportunities - Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, market price, and competitor activities - Drive market awareness and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team - Identify and build sustainable relationships with new markets and sales channels - Prepare and present customer proposals and product presentations - Conduct market analysis and sales reporting - Drive customer success and share leads for other products - Update all data in the required time scales Qualifications Required: - At least 2-3 years of experience in selling industrial equipment - Background in selling Industrial gases is an added advantage - Good track record of sales achievements - Experience in direct sales and techno-commercial acumen - Knowledge of the compressed air industry and Industrial Gases applications - Computer literacy in MS Office and CRM tools - University Degree in engineering, Masters in management is an added advantage Additional Details: The company values diversity and inclusivity, encouraging unique perspectives to foster innovation.
