Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist at Kiron Hydraulic Needs Private Limited, a renowned manufacturer and distributor of high-performance pumps, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, deliver exceptional customer service, conduct sales activities, provide training to new team members, and oversee sales operations. Established in Mumbai in 1985, our company has grown its presence across various cities such as Ahmedabad, Delhi, Asangaon, Kolkata, Bharatpur, and Chennai. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, offering the flexibility to work partially from home. To excel in this position, you must possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with a background in sales and sales management. Your ability to impart training to new employees, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, will be key to your success in this role. While knowledge of hydraulic systems is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
