Sales Specialist

Job Title: Sales Specialist - North America - USA/Canada/Mexico (E-commerce & D2C) Job Summary: We're looking for a driven Sales Specialist with about 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience. You'll help grow our North American presence by identifying and engaging new customers through digital channels, supporting our sales team, and contributing to our D2C strategy. Shift: 6:30PM to 3:30AM Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and qualify new B2B and D2C prospects online. Outreach: Engage potential customers via email and LinkedIn, scheduling discovery calls. Sales Support: Maintain CRM records, prepare sales materials, and track activities. Market Insight: Stay updated on North American e-commerce trends. Qualifications: Approx. 1 year of sales, customer service, or business development experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot a plus).
