Job Title: Sales Specialist - North America - USA/Canada/Mexico (E-commerce & D2C) Job Summary: We're looking for a driven Sales Specialist with about 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience. You'll help grow our North American presence by identifying and engaging new customers through digital channels, supporting our sales team, and contributing to our D2C strategy. Shift: 6:30PM to 3:30AM Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and qualify new B2B and D2C prospects online. Outreach: Engage potential customers via email and LinkedIn, scheduling discovery calls. Sales Support: Maintain CRM records, prepare sales materials, and track activities. Market Insight: Stay updated on North American e-commerce trends. Qualifications: Approx. 1 year of sales, customer service, or business development experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot a plus). Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: [Onsite Ahmedabad State] Employment Type: Contract Shift: US Shift (EST/PST) 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent for our US-based clients. You should have a strong understanding of the US job market, various IT technologies, and visa classifications. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen IT professionals from various platforms (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.). Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Negotiate pay rates and ensure candidate expectations align with client budgets. Handle end-to-end recruitment process: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding. Maintain candidate database and documentation through ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Understand visa types (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1–2+ years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment. Knowledge of US work authorizations and hiring processes. Strong understanding of IT terminologies and roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, AWS, etc.). Experience using sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in night shifts (US Time Zones). Preferred Skills: Prior experience in staffing agency or consulting environment. Familiarity with VMS systems like Fieldglass, Beeline, etc. Experience working with direct clients or Tier 1 vendors.
