Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist – Home Loan (DSA Channel) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.
• Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and internal teams.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful applications.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of home loan files.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
• Experience in sales or financial products is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,670.54 - ₹25,394.37 per month
