Sales Solutions Architect

As the technical design and architectural expert for the Enterprise Solutions portfolio, your role involves serving as a deal architect for multi-faceted, multi-technology solutions. You will focus on solution development and architectural design for assigned customers, with a specific emphasis on the global managed services and communications solutions portfolio. Additionally, you will partner with other Enterprise Solutions subject matter experts to build customer solutions and deliver technical presentations tailored to the audience. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the technical design and architectural expert for the Enterprise Solutions portfolio - Build and maintain relationships in assigned accounts to identify and cultivate additional opportunities - Develop solutions using technology to resolve customer issues and achieve business goals - Author and deliver network designs, statements of work, and technical project plans - Achieve sales and profit goals through joint account planning and engagement with clients Qualifications Required: - BS or BA in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience - 10+ years in a customer/client-facing technical role with knowledge of network architectures, virtualization, Cloud, Unified Communications, and mobility solutions - Demonstrated track record of successful customer engagements and solution designs - Experience in the development and implementation of IT and/or managed Unified Communications solutions - Ability to present technical and non-technical information to broad audiences - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Black Box is a leading technology solutions provider with a mission to accelerate customers" businesses by valuing relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
