Sales & Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:🛍 Sales (In-Store & Online):Attend walk-in customers and explain computer, laptop, and accessories features and pricing Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements (gaming, office, editing, etc.) Create and follow up on quotations, invoices, and sales orders Update stock and price details in system (Zoho or Excel) Support online platform sales (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho if applicable) Upsell accessories like RAM, SSD, antivirus, etc. 🛠 Technical Support:Perform basic hardware repairs (RAM, SSD, HDD replacements, fan cleaning, etc.) Install Windows OS, MS Office, drivers, and basic software Run diagnostics and troubleshoot common hardware/software issues Assist with system assembly and testing for custom PC builds Coordinate with senior technician for complex repairs 📘 Required Skills:Good knowledge of laptop/desktop components and troubleshooting Ability to sell products confidently and communicate clearly with customers Basic understanding of Windows OS installation, formatting, drivers Willingness to learn new products and customer service tools Proficient in using MS Excel / Google Sheets Basic understanding of billing software (Zoho Books or similar) 🎓 Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass or Diploma in Computer Hardware / ITI / B.Com / BCA 1–3 years of experience in computer sales or technical support 🌟 Preferred / Bonus Skills:Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their sales process Two-wheeler license for basic field visits (if needed) 💰 What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Hands-on experience with latest PC hardware and sales tools Growth opportunities in sales or technical service roles Friendly and customer-focused work environment
