Job Description

Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Track and follow up on sales leads, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with customers for order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Inquiries follow up through India Mart, Trade India etc
Schedule and coordinate service calls, AMC visits, and installations.
Assign service jobs to field engineers and track job completion.
Maintain service records, machine history, and warranty information.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Generate service reports and assist in invoicing service jobs.
Preparing service quotations, proposals, and service reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
