Sales & Service Cloud Engineer

You should have a minimum of 4-9 years of experience in Salesforce.com with a strong proficiency in configuration and customization using Salesforce.com, Apex, and Visual force technologies. Your responsibilities will include understanding the overall SFDC architecture and landscape, working on SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch. Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL, and other integration aspects will be desirable. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of Reports and Dashboards, as well as deployment experience using ANT tool or change sets. Proficiency in object-oriented concepts, Javascript, and Javascript frameworks such as Jquery, AngularJS, and ExtJS is required. Possession of Dev 401 Certification and Dev 501 will be an added advantage. As a Sales & Service Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for developing features/modules using Apex/Visualforce technology for Salesforce.com based web/mobile applications. You will also be required to perform unit testing, peer code reviews, debug source code, and deployments using ANT and change sets. Technical root cause analysis, outlining corrective actions, contribution towards technical documentation & building prototypes, and participation in technical discussions within the project team and status meetings with the customers are also part of your role. Good communication skills are essential as you will be managing interactions with various stakeholders across multiple countries. Additionally, you will be expected to support training for new end users on the Salesforce.com application.,
