Job Description

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing (API)

Location: Vashi (Candidate must be ready to relocate to Tarapur)

Salary: 15–25 LPA

Preferred Gender: Male

Experience Required:

15+ years of experience in API/Pharma Sales & Marketing

Proven track record in revenue growth & new business development

Strong understanding of API markets & global pharma regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH)

Experience in international markets

Note: Candidates from formulation companies will NOT be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Identify new domestic & international business opportunities

Monitor market trends, competitor activity & regulatory updates

Build and strengthen long-term client relationships

Lead high-value negotiations and close profitable deals

Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain & QA/QC for timely deliveries

Mentor and lead the sales & marketing team

Represent the company at global trade shows & industry events

Marketing Responsibilities:

Design & execute marketing strategies focusing on product differentiation & quality

Strengthen brand visibility in global pharmaceutical markets

Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, social media, content, email campaigns)

Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns for better ROI

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration

MBA preferred
