Hiring for a MNC company can share cv on - sonam.thakur@cielhr.com Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to lead product sales in the Hyderabad & South region. He must have experienced in Isolators, Blending/Mixing, pharmaceutical process equipment , include granulation, coating, liquid and ointment manufacturing equipment , as we also supply chemical, food and cosmetic industries with a range of process machinery; In this role, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a high-performing team. You will be accountable for meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Accountabilities Marketing Management Oversee all marketing activities for assigned product groups. Identify new product opportunities and applications. Sales & Revenue Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Ensure spares sales grow by at least 20% each quarter. Manage pricing proposals to secure a minimum 30% gross profit. Customer & Market Development Develop at least 15 new customers annually. Introduce 3 new machine applications and drive 5 product upgrades per year. Expand overall market share and drive geographic growth. Payments & Commercials Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of payments. Resolve commercial issues promptly to prevent project delays. Team Building & Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor a capable sales and marketing team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
